How it works
- You have 15 days from the date of purchase to ask for a refund. You don’t need to give a reason.
- The refund is for the full amount you paid for the product, made by Hotmart to the same payment method.
- Every Seven Chakra Mornings product has the same 15-day guarantee, including add-ons such as Seven Chakra Mornings on Your Phone and anything you add after your first purchase.
- After a refund, access to the members area ends.
How to ask
- Through Hotmart: request a refund from your purchase in your Hotmart account.
- By email: write to [email protected] with the email you used to buy, and we’ll take care of it.
When the money comes back
Once the refund is approved, the time it takes to show up depends on your bank or payment method.
